Location :  Holyground Camp, 1 Wharf Rd, Parua Bay

From South: There is a new bridge to Onerahi which bypasses Whangarei town centre and takes 10mins off the journey. To use the bridge, turn right at Port Rd (at the lights opposite Bunnings) before Whangarei proper, and follow the signs.

From North/Whangarei township: Make your way to the Whangarei Town Basin and take the road over the bridge, Riverside Drive, (the Marina will be on your right). Follow this road all the way to Onerahi, past the shops and the hall, where you will turn left into Whangarei Heads Road. You’ll find Holy Ground about 500m past the Parua Bay pub before climbing the hill to Parua Bay, on the right-hand, harbour side.

 Please take care turning off the busy dangerous road. The Trust will need to set up a car loop and Registration post to manage incoming traffic.
